Registration
Authors submitting a manuscript are requested to note that, upon acceptance of the paper for oral presentation, at least one author must complete the conference registration and present the paper.
The conference will primarily be conducted in offline mode at Manipal University Jaipur, providing participants with an opportunity for direct academic interaction and networking. To facilitate wider global participation, limited online presentation provisions may also be arranged for international participants and invited delegates, subject to the approval of the Organizing Committee.

Registration Confirmation: Registration will be considered complete only upon successful payment of the registration fee and submission of the completed registration form.
Conference Registration Guidelines
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference within the stipulated deadline.
- After completing the payment, participants are requested to save the transaction ID and payment receipt/screenshot for future reference and verification purpose.
- The registration fee covers conference participation, conference kit, lunch, and gala dinner.
- Accommodation charges shall be borne by the participants only.
- Certificates of presentation will be provided only to the presenting author(s).
- Each accepted paper requires an individual registration. Therefore, if multiple papers by the same author(s) are accepted, a separate registration fee must be paid for each paper.
- Registration confirmation will be communicated through email after verification of payment details by the concerned finance section.
