Accommodation is available in the University GHS Hostel as well as in nearby hotels. Participants requiring accommodation are requested to indicate their preference at the time of registration. The organizing committee will assist with the accommodation arrangements; however, all accommodation charges will be borne by the participants and must be paid directly to the respective accommodation provider upon arrival.

University GHS Hostel accommodation is available on a double-occupancy basis at a nominal charge of ₹680 per day. Details of the available accommodation options are provided below.
